Erika joined Bement and Company in 2024 and is part of the accounting department. Erika traded oceans for mountains when her and her family moved from Southern California to Utah in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her family by going to the theatre, gardening and reading.

Erika has over 18 years of experience in accounting and controllership in business entities such as, but not limited to, real estate, real estate development and funds, property management, attorney and law firms, construction, restaurants, social media influencers, and financial services. She brings her experience in management accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, audit, business operations, entity structure, and streamlining internal processes for financial reporting purposes to help grow the accounting department.
