Founder, Ken Bement, CPA

Ken Bement is the founder of Bement & Company in 1989. He brought his wealth of experience from his accounting background, including time at notable firms like Coopers and Lybrand, and Price Waterhouse. He wasn’t just the boss; he set the tone for our company culture with a mix of professional excellence and a straightforward approach to business. Ken was a University of Utah graduate who made the bold move to start his own firm after years in the industry. Outside of work, Ken was a family man with six kids (several even worked with him) and was involved in his community and church, with a particular fondness for outdoor activities. His legacy at Bement & Company is one of strong leadership and a clear vision, shaping the way we operate to this day. His influence remains a guiding force behind our ongoing commitment to quality and integrity in our work.
