Brent received his Master’s & Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah. Shortly after he became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Before graduating, he was able to learn Spanish and spend 2 years volunteering for his church in Argentina. While at the University of Utah he enjoyed playing on the Utah lacrosse team and also learned Spanish and spent 2 years volunteering for his church.

​In addition to accounting, he is a family man and he and his wife, Candice, have five children. Brent is an avid outdoorsman and loves archery, mountain biking, golf, hiking, camping, hunting, and target shooting. He also enjoys fitness activities including half marathons, relay races, and weight lifting.
